Rental Fee: $200 Non-Negotiable & Non-Refundable Rental Fee required at time of booking. The Rental Fee is NOT included within the Minimum Purchase Requirements. Rental Fee includes:
- Linens
- Standard Cleaning
- If extra cleaning is required at the close of the event, an additional
$50 Cleaning Fee will be charged to the host tab.
Minimum Purchase Requirements:
- Sun-Thurs: $300 Combined Food and Beverage
- Fri-Sat: $400 Combined Food and Beverage
- Month of December: $500 Combined Food and Beverage
Gratuity: 20% Gratuity will be automatically added to the host tab. Individual Cash Bar tabs are expected to tip appropriately.
Sales Tax: Sales tax rate will be calculated, added and collected on taxable fees/items.
Decorations: Decorations are allowed. Absolutely NO confetti, glitter or tape. Painter’s Tape IS ok. Any use of confetti, glitter or tape will incur an automatic $50 additional Cleaning Fee to the host tab.
Hours: Hours for parties and events follow the hours of Bella Vita Ristorante. NO Exceptions. Last call will be announced 15 minutes prior to close. Hours as of 10/10/2020 are:
- Sunday-Thursday 4:30 to 8:00 pm
- Friday & Saturday 4:30 to 9:00 pm
Capacity: 60 People maximum. No animals allowed, other than service animals. 45 People maximum for better social-spacing.
Accessibility: The 301 Loft is located upstairs from Bella Vita Ristorante and is NOT accessible through the restaurant. Entrance is on the North side of the building, with signage on the door “301 Loft”. The loft is not handicapped accessible, as there is no chair-lift or elevator within the building.
